• Interface is very easy to understand.
• Wordpress has a logical structure, it is easy for a developer to change things arround, place and add banners etc..

Wordpress Disadvantages

• The navigation structure at frontend is determined by the layout template you choose. If we need to change must know the CSS scripting.
• To Change navigation Structure you need to change WP script

• Joomla is a portal or community type
• To extend functionality we can use Extensions and layout templates.
• Joomla can count on many commercial addons by specialized professionals.
• If we want to create community or a network with a membership area, newsroom, forums, articles, input from external authors etc.. then joomla is good. Because it is made to be that way.
• Once understand creating navigation structure is easy.
• You can set articles to expire after a time, active dates, author name, bread crumbs, etc..
• Joomla gives you a lot of power in your hands.
• If you want set it up fast you need to get a good book on Joomla.
• Joomla site can be listed in 14 days (Tod push we need SEO Tools).
• Joomla has multi-lingual capability built-in. It works very well but it is not simple.\
• Menu's are controlled by control panel.

Disadvantages Of Joomla

• Importing articles from one site to another is not easy.
• Moving one version to next can be problematic.
• The core system is complex which demands a lot of resources from the server.
• In short Joomla's strength is in complexity. Deeplevel navigation, sections in sections, categories etc..
• Joomla is not dedicated ecommerce.
